This is an assortment of resin cats and dogs from Kurt Adler in the US. The dogs are realistically sculpted and each have a festive Santa Hat on them.

Unfortunately, these wonderful ornaments come in a job lot and while I have multiples in some, others are in very low quantities. They all come in a gift box.
